UPDATE

As of 3:45 pm I was in contact with the Patriots. They anticipate that the showers will have passed by gametime and the game is still on as of now. We are still planning to meet at 5pm, but we may have to be flexible as to our performance time etc. We will be meeting in the Red Lot to the right of the ballpark. This page will be the central location for information regarding our upcoming performance at Dorney Park. All participating students must have completed a Musical Adventures Registration form in order to participate.

General Information

Performance Date/Time:     Tuesday June 14 at 6:00pm

Dress:      Casual. Shorts and sneakers are permitted. All                                                                      performers will receive a Showband T-shirt which we                                                             will wear for our performance

SCHEDULE

5pm-          Meet at Somerset Patriots Ballpark to line up and distribute T-                                                     shirts and tickets.

6:00-6:30pm-   Perform Pregame

7:00pm-            Perform National Anthem

7:15pm-                    Student sign out to sit with parents

                              

General Rules:

Tickets to the park will be distributed at 5:00pm in the parking lot to the right of the ballpark on the day of our performance.

Students must be in good standing in their school bands at the time of the competition.

Students must attend their school band rehearsals regularly.

Percussion students will need sticks and music only.

All instrument cases should be labeled with the student's name. Cases should be left with parents.

Students need to bring their instrument, extra reeds, and music. Music stands are not needed. There will be no extra music available at the festival.

Check this website regularly as it  will be our means of communicating with you regarding last minute schedule changes or important notices both before and during the trip.
