1) A weekly 15 minute online tutoring session, outside of school class time scheduled at parents convenience using our "online Lesson Portal".
3) "In person" band practice either during or after school (when appropriate).
4) 2 school band concerts per year.
5) Optional membership in our "Travel" Showband (additional fee for band trips).
* in smaller schools that are not yet able to support an "in school" band class, lessons will be given in school.
2022-23 ENROLLMENT BASICS
As with similar programs, tuition is an annual fee broken into installments billed every other month. It is based on the total number of lessons for the school year (40) not on the number of lessons per month.*
RETURNING STUDENTS- RETURNING FAMILIES DO NOT NEED TO FILL OUT A NEW ENROLLMENT FORM. Just make your first tuition payment using the "Pay Now" button and schedule a lesson. Parents are asked to make their own initial tuition payment, prior to their first lesson, using the PAY NOW BUTTON. Subsequent tuition payments will be charged automatically.
RETURNING FAMILIES WHO WILL BE ADDING AN ADDITIONAL CHILD SHOULD MAKE THEIR INITIAL TUITION PAYMENT FOR THEIR RETURNING STUDENT AND ONLY FILL OUT AN ENROLLMENT FORM FOR THEIR NEW STUDENT. WHEN READY TO ADD THE ADDITIONAL CHILD, JUST FILL OUT THE ENROLLMENT FORM FOR THE NEW STUDENT AND PAY THE $70 REGISTRATION/ACTIVITIES FEE ON ENROLLMENT. One month"s tuition of $42 for new student (free if 3rd child) will be billed in October. Beginning November 1, regular tuition will be charged at the family rate.
NEW STUDENTS- Enrollment is easy. Just follow the steps below. THERE IS A ONE TIME REGISTRATION/ACCESSORIES FEE OF $70 FOR NEW STUDENTS ONLY, DUE ON ENROLLMENT and paid by clicking the "PAY NOW" button when enrolling. Accessory fee covers cost of lesson materials (book, folding music stand etc.). Next tuition payment of $70 will be automatically charged on Oct. 1. All future tuition payments (beginning Nov. 1) will be charged automatically on the same dates as returning students and, using the card used to pay Registration fee.
